The same amount as was created with Christian technology. Technology is not really a religions thing.
Western technology is a direct benefit of western thought and western theories of governance. Left to its own devices, Islam is incapable of achieving remotely similar.

However, I can't help but notice that Western Civilization is a much friendlier environment for innovation than a "culture" in which everything is "allah's will" and changing an old bad way would be viewed as an act of apostasy.
