On second reading, I saw a few sentences I missed!
The part where he makes it clear that he in on OUR side, and warns us not to fall asleep again. I had completely missed this, and hence, misread the whole thrust of this piece. I thought he was laying out his OWN blueprint for the takeover, and not in fact describing what was already happening. But still, I know some on this forum will get conmspiratorial about him , and the female "author" some other poster referenced, who appears semi-regularly on TV, with her book "The trouble with Islam". They are perhaps to be considered to be the "stalking horses" for the eventual legitimization of Islam in this country and the rest of the West. The way it looks now, Europe may be starting already to take the lead in DEPORTING any and all Muslims who can't adjust to their way of life. WE should start doing the same.

I found this online in my searching. It's apparently written by a Muslim also concerned....

UKIP, another anti-immigration party, also have an anti-Muslim agenda (their key spokesman is Robert Kilroy-Silk, who writes anti-Islamic articles for a British newspaper). Muslims in Bradford, Oldham and Burnley have rioted and fought with whites and policemen. Holland is turning on its Muslim population. Spanish people are increasingly fed up with Muslims after an unending stream of North Africans that coming pouring into their country. Most also blame Muslims for the train bomb attacks. The leader of Italy hates Islam and has said so, and his country is also becoming disconcerted with the many Muslim immigrants, illegal or otherwise, that have found their way there. Germany has a huge Turkish population who, like most Muslim groups in the west, have never managed to integrate in German society. France has limited Muslims religious rights by banning headscarves and the growing of beards in school. Americans simply don't trust us after 9/11 and that is not going to change.

Part of the problem is of our own making. Some have brought along cultural traits which the west find distasteful (honour killings, suppression of women's rights compared to western women etc.). By and large we've not integrated at all in western society, and keep ourselves to ourselves. Lack of integration for so long will inevitably result in hostility, and it's already begin. Our failure to actively condemn terrorism in our name also makes us appear as appeasers for certain terrorist groups (and many of us do shamelessly appease them).

I think within 20 years we'll be seeing many Muslims heading back to their countries of origin, and Muslim migration to the west would have long been stopped by western governments.
