The neighbors interviewed said they feared retaliation if they were to make a report to law enforcement officials.

Grow a bloody backbone.

And just a few lines further down:

"These people need to be investigated," a resident said. "They are training for war, either for war here in this country or against our troops. Who in the h--- is allowing this stuff to happen right here in our own backyard, and why?"

No, it's not the neighbors not having a backbone, it's their lack of confidence in local law enforcement, AND, that they probably know that their reports would be dismissed as mere concern or fears or even nuttiness by the local police.

What can any neighbor actually report? That people are coming and going? This article describes one clear cut case of the need for federal intervention nationwide on groups who are formulated upon the principle of "violence" and opposition to the U.S. as "culture." I think that's the key thing here, that there's clear intent by the organizaitonal principles alone of this/these groups to destruct the nation. It seems that's the ongoing principle I read by most muslims, unfortunately, to destroy that and whoever that is deemed to be oppositional or even non supportive of islam.

No, actually I think that have a right (maybe reason) to fear retaliation. If the cops get involved, there would be retaliation because they would not catch them all.

My suggestion is to have a bunch of volunteers in black/camo set up observation of the location over a period of time and note when/where they train and what with. Then note were they store the "goods". Then the location is swarmed when least expected, the threat is then eliminated and then the volunteers fade away. Kinda like the army of dead in Return of the King. If there is to be capture of the "goods" for booty, so be it.

Do this at every location they have and watch them think long and hard before they even consider opening another training camp.
