That could easily be the case. We all know how "Labor Union management" can/do pull the strings of the Democratic Party. Tony is a very astute fella, so I wouldn't discount anything he says.
At present, I don't know enough about this issue, hence my presence on FR!! I want more FACTS before I grant a "blanket condemnation" of President Bush (which I probably would not do anyway!). Of course he has done things I don't agree with (EVERY President I can remember has!), but he has done far more I DO agree with.
I would agree with Sen. Coburn. On the face of it, this looks like a bad deal. The "powers that be" just need to take a very much closer look.
