Guys like this are probably too smart to cross the line, more's the pity. Look at his statement:

We are here to tell you that there is nothing you can do--and that your days are numbered...all of you who disbelieve: speak good, or Allah will silence you.

The only threat there is from a deity. I guarantee that there is a Muslim lawyer somewhere advising guys like this as to exactly what they can say in public.

It's like NAMBLA- they never quite cross the line.

Yes it is and what he/they are advocating is Sedition.
Sedition is a deprecated term of law to refer to non-overt conduct such as speech and organization that is deemed by the legal authority as tending toward insurrection against the established order. Sedition often included subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontent (or resistance) to lawful authority. Sedition may include any commotion, though not aimed at direct and open violence against the laws.
They should all have been arrested and deported immediately. Amen.
