As long as it is voluntary, it's cool with me. But someone wants to start a cigar bar, they should be allowed to do so.

Speaking of cigar bars, what will happen to Richmond's famous restaurant, The Tobacco Company? Will the girl with the cigarette tray have to tell a buyer he has to take his purchase outside to smoke it?

Good grief. As long as there is a non-smoking section, give the smokers their turf and let's all be friends.
