Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton thinks White House delays in disclosing Dick Cheney's shotgun mishap are evidence of a vast West Wing conspiracy to stonewall journalists and voters. No hillary, it was just plain stupidity.
It was a NOTHING STORY that became a SOMETHING STORY only because the VP acted like an idiot.
This is very different from Vince Foster which is a SOMETHING STORY from the getgo.
