Man it appears that I was REALLY wrong! I fell for the DEMO version not the ACTUAL version.
I do appreciate your taking the time to fill me in.
I would have done a bit more homework before actually voting for him, but now I know early that I need to look elsewhere.
Thanks again,
GE

You are welcome.

You will notice that I get attacked for pointing these things out, but these are his recorded votes and I've seen and heard him speak. My detractors attack me, not the negative information about Ricky.

The truth about him is disturbing. I've voted for him twice for senator. I was not in his district when he ran for the House. I beleived him to be a good man. Arrogant and smug, but a good man. I now believe that he merely rode the tide of conservatism in PA to get where he is. PA is a Democrat, but conservative state. His margin of victory has always been slim, but he won when he ran as an unabashed, hard line conservative. Now that he's pandering to every group that he can and selling out his base, he's way behind. That tells me that PA is conservative and Ricky is not.

One other thing that I should have mentioned was his website. On it he brags about the pork that he brings home. You'd think that he was striving to be Arlen Specter Jr and not some conservative icon. Conservatism is about ideas, not government funding at taxpayer expense even when the tax payers are from another state.
