I don't believe you are interested in looking at this situation in any way other than one that fits your own personal agenda.
My personal agenda is the continuing well-being of my Party and this administration.
Note that the administration comes second after my Party.
The scale has tipped to the negative side on Cheney, he is now more of a hindrance than an asset.
