The powers the president has are not new. They were incorporated into the Constitution by the founding fathers.

And yes, that would include any American citizen who aids and abets our enemies whether by word of mouth or by actions.

And many laws were passed since to make sure the our liberties are not infringed upon.

And yes, that would include any American citizen who aids and abets our enemies whether by word of mouth or by actions.

So you are saying that anyone who questions what the president does in a time of war is a traitor? How very conservative of you (sarc). Perhaps if Clinton were in office right now you would not feel the same way.
