I'm seeing this as another White House "tactic" that was just too good to resist.
Seems to me like the MSM White House correspondents are being given unlimited amounts of rope for "personal use".
In any case, many people expect him to resign for his general health. Whomever steps in would be an interesting prospect for 2008.
