Slander I guess. Thats the spoken one right? Anyway it would get thrown out because Ann could just claim "satire" which is what Rall always points to. Anyway what a wimp the guy is. Nobody in the room came away with the idea that Rall had actually submitted a cartoon. It was a joke.
