Maybe, if the happy babysitter is the baby's grandmother or aunt, but if the babysitter is doing the job for the typical low pay that babysitter's make, then the baby would be better off with a mother who was happy to take care of her child and the father would be happier to have a wife who enjoyed the duties and joys of being a mother.
