There are three filling stations in WA. One in PA. None open to the public. There are a grand total of 11 filling stations in Senator Ethanol's (Dole) state of Kansas.

There's a station near me which sells E-85 for about $0.30 cheaper than "real" [well 90% real, anyway] gasoline. Of course, since a gallon of E-85 won't move a car as far as a gallon of real gasoline, the gasoline is still cheaper per mile.
