The school has a policy against look-alike drugs. Students are not allowed to carry around plastic baggies containing a white powder and say it's cocaine and invite other students to go into the bathroom to try some.

That's a no-no. It's in the student handbook. It's no secret. It's a school rule to which every student is expected to adhere.

Now, if a student breaks that rule they get suspended for two weeks. Even if the substance turns out to be other than cocaine.

How was the school to know it was actually sugar, by the way? This makes four requests. What's your problem in answering a simple question? Is it too tough? Did I use some big words?
