You had better get cracking. I bet you most of those kides live in houses that are just bursting with fake drugs like sugar. And sandwich baggies. Time to get the DEA to kick in some doors. ( mysterio)
Mysterio,
I am sitting here laughing and laughing.
It is time to portray government schools for the sad jokes that they are.

These guys are the Escobar of the gradeschool fake cocaine rings.

I'll be right back, I have to go down the street with the SWAT team to help them with the battering ram. There's a 10 year old with a powdered donut.
To: mysterio

It's laugh or cry. I guess you know which one I picked.
To: Thoeting
Cute. Are you in middle school? Your arguments bear a striking resemblance to those created by my sixth graders.( Thoeting)
Thoeting.
You are a government school teacher?

My dad was killed in 92 and as I am a Jr., we were in the same type of business, were well known and buglers had hit some homes while people were at local funerals, I hired a policeman to stay in my home for several hours while we were away. At the time one of the products I rep'ed was a white powder that when put on a liquid (oil spill) would absorb 50 times it's weight. As it came in large drums I would carry samples in plastic sandwich bags.
Since my children were young I kept it on a high shelf in my study closet. A day or so after the funeral I noticed that one bag was moved and a small amount was on the carpet. To this day I laugh thinking of that cop finding it and touching a bit to his tongue. In a second or two all the saliva in his mouth would have caused the product to swell up and stick together.

Every grocery store in the state which sells powdered sugar is in violation of this law. Why aren't all the grocery store owners locked up as felons? My guess is that grocery stores sell powdered sugar in packages marked "powdered sugar," but it's just a guess.
To: Politicalmom
"I guess all the pastry chefs in the state are in BIG trouble."Only if they put powdered sugar in a baggie and attempt to pass it off as cocaine.

Actually, that's the response I should have used to describe your idiotic analogy, rather than trying to make a point by using it.

Stay out of the Great Wal of Mart and that won't happen........:o)
Honestly I had to do the same for allergy tabs, over the counter. I have bought houses faster than that crap at wally world !

"You are actually for nailing a kid for the posession of sugar. That's just awesome."Just for kicks, you may want to point out where I did that. If you can.
Maybe instead you'll note that I was answering the question, "But where is the felony?" posed by ApplegateRanch in post #26.
Nah. I'm sure it's much more fun to just make $hit up about other posters. You then think this makes you look hip and clever. Nope, it makes you look ignorant.
To: elkfersupper
"Today, I had to show a passport, drivers license, proof of residence, social security card, sign an acknowledgement, and get a "designated package holder" to buy Sudafed."I hear you. Congress should have just prohibited all medicines containing pseudoephedrine and been done with it, rather than having people go through the hassle.
What were they thinking?
To: Thoeting
OMG. A voice of sanity and reason. Be still my heart.

I don't know what's more ludicrous -- Illinois law or the comments of some of these posters.
To: Thoeting; mysterio
No, but all that is needed is some other idiot to call it cocaine.
