It's difficult to tell where the liberal groups end and the "conservative" groups begin.
Moveon.org and Americans for Tax Reform (ATR- Grover Norquist) are working on some of the same agenda. Norquist recently had Soros speak at his conservative Wed. morning meetings, often attended by white house personnel. Norquist is also the WH point man on immigration, and agrees with Soros on that.
