Some little punk who's parents let him watch too much cable TV taught my daughter about french kissing at the day care facility when they were both only in the 2nd grade.
Kids learn stuff early. Deal with it early.
Suspending the little brats shames the parents, too.
Children at that age cannot sexually harass! They have no sexual feelings yet! What idiots!
