Some of mine were present at the founding of Vincinnes and Fort Valonia/Alexander (in the 1700s). Supposedly one of our ancestors was the very first owner of Weed Patch Hill (and that's about 1835). His father carved a chest (which we still have) when he lived in Detroit when it had only 100 families.
Odds are good that we are cousins elebenteenzillion different ways.
