Sessions: In the past, Graham, Daschle and Gebhardt were part of the gang of 8 that knew about this program (?).

I recall reading shorting after 9/11 that only certain members of Congress would be briefed because it was highly classified information

I don't know if FISA had anything to do with it .. they never said what it was about .. just that the WH was worried about leaks coming out of Congress

Also .. for some reason I'm thinking of the bunker to keep certain members of congress in, in case of a full scale attack on DC

Gosh .. there have been so many leaks ... I'm having a hard time remember them all and the timing

Sessions - Gorelick asserted what they were doing was Constitutional and it was even a time of peace. Isn't that correct, Mr Gonzales?
