It's obvious this woman is out of her league expecting a nice cushy job without scrutiny.

When Bloomberg instituted a 311 hot line for public complaints, it enabled city officials to re-examine how city agencies carried out their jobs. When pothole complaints started pouring into 311 after a harsh winter, good old Iris Weinshall dispatched an extra 150 workers to pothole duty, and the backlog of complaints dropped to 975 from 3,000. I can almost guarantee without 311 she'd be sitting behind her desk with her feet up.

She is a real treasure is she not? I am sure that the Ferry System is as safe as possible and I will bet that you are too. Yeah, right in a pigs eye.
