MEG, I'm furious with Specter....and, it's not just this instance. The bottom line seems to be that this is a turf battle between the senate and the administration. Specter is more concerned about protecting their prerogatives than protecting Americans.

Well, the Bush Presidency has seen the deadliest attack on the U.S. in history, the worst hurricane in U.S. history, and now what looks like will develop into a full-fledged Constitutional Crisis, courtesy Arlen Specter and the New York Times.
