As for the Israelis, they would attack Iran in a second, that is if they had the capability and they don't unless they launch nuclear armed ballistic missiles.

They don't have the planes capable of taking enough regular ordinance to do sufficient damage to Iran's fortified, underground installations that are widely dispersed.

Yes they do. Secretly the US and the new Iraqi government has already made plans to land Israeli plans in a secret desert installation in Iraq to refuel them going and returning from an strike on Iran.

Remember that Israel has already purchased many of the US so called "bunker-buster" and it has been said off the record that Israel has already modified them with tactical nuclear tips for deep penetrators.

Anyway, what ever happens, it won't be pretty.
