I think they had the forethought to know they couldn't envision everything. It's why they included the first ten amendments with the constitution.
I hope the new court reverses the 200' (or whatever it is) ban at abortion clinics. It would be a start.

How could they possible know that a country would turn so selfish individually and just throw the "standard" out with the garbage?
