Good early afternoon, Finest!
Greetings from a chilly, windy, rainy Baghdad.
Lots of thunder and lightning all through the night. It's a great day to be curled up watching a movie. I'd much rather be doing that than working. ;-)
How is everyone?

Morning/afternoon/whatever allegra. RAIN hare also & chilly.
I always pictured the Mideast as ALWAYS hot..except the mountains. Interesting to see the weather more closely due to the war.
Is the city of Baghdad having weekend activities you can participate in or do you mostly do things at the base? Does Baghdad have movie theaters? I recall hearing once that conservative Muslim was NOT into movies...

Did you get to watch the Presidents SOTU address Tuesday night?

Greetings from a chilly, windy, rainy Baghdad. Somehow I never think of Baghdad as chllly and rainy. Dusty and unbearably hot is how I always imagine it.
A million *thank yous* from this grateful American, Allegra, and my God bless and keep you safe.
