Punishing people for chasing a dream is hard for me to do.

Who's doing this? We are trying to punish people for breaking our laws. Anarchy by any measure diminishes our country. Illegals are not just "chasing a dream" they are breaking laws on a daily basis.

Laws are broken everyday, everywhere. If people were serious about real criminals,, it might be different.

We don't have enough room to incarcerate rapists and murderers. Because a Mexican sneaked into the US makes him illegal yes, but a threat, not necessarily.

Just a smokescreen argument to demonize illegals.

I appreciate the questions, but I have been fooling with this thread for damn near five hours. It's interfering with Mark Levin. Feel free to send me a freepmail.

See ya.

Speaking of breaking laws. In California, there are Illegal Aliens who serve time in jail and get released and there are no immigration people there to escort them across the border.

I don't think, however, that most people are disputing the fact that we won't be able to send the guest workers home when their time runs out. We certainly know where most of the illegals are NOW, we know where to find them, where they live and where their children go to school... and what difference does that make? Nada.
