>> The family, legislators and media call for the release of the tape that shows the death of a 14-year-old in a boot camp.

If the boy actually died during the beating, as this subhead states, any suggestion that Sickle Cell disease caused his death is false.

This is the second day that no major news media touched on the plight of Haleigh Poutre. As I said yesterday, maybe no news is good news, but it would be a relief to know the spotlight still shines strong on this child.

But the media is covering the books put out by Terri's family and by Mikey. First, from her family:

In 2004-5, when the Terri Schiavo case divided the country, one side of the story was buried under the avalanche of politics and power. Now, Terri Schiavo’s parents, brother, and sister speak out—for Terri and themselves. A LIFE THAT MATTERS may well change every assumption you have about Terri’s too-brief life and prolonged, agonizing death.

Terri Schiavo: A Life that Matters

And here is what the MSM reports:

In one corner, weighing in at 288 pages, is husband Michael Schiavo's "Terri: The Truth," written with Michael Hirsh, a documentary producer and military history author who got so angry at Florida Gov. Jeb Bush's intervention that he cold-called to offer his services.
