Good article. My bf and I know each other's wishes. Mainly, do not starve or dehydrate us. I'm buried up to my neck in BS (found out Post Office sent my utility bills back-spent 5 hours on the phone trying to straighten it out, yesterday.), but I do have a medical Power of Attorney saved to favorites, and I printed out two copies of the "Will to Live". Now to fill them out. Aaaarghhhh!

Family structure is akin to a HUD home in a low income area. It's falling apart. People need to pay attention to who is going to be their next of kin in an emergency, or due to illness.
