The woman with the pro=troops shirt was moved but not arrested. I think it would have been better for Scree-ham to simply be removed as well, since now she can squawk about being "unfairly treated".

For the luvva Pete, I just want this woman to shut her pie hole.

The difference being whether or not the second woman behaved disruptively or cooperatively with Capitol police.

The reason the woman with the pro-troops tshirt on was not arrested was because she agreed to leave (at lease according to CBS-which unfortunately is the only place I've heard of why she wasn't arrested).

Cindy Sheehan did not want to leave. Peacefully or otherwise. Apprently they had to arrest her.
