I like the idea of placeing medical on you and you r doctor with tax sheltered savings, should you tap out the account we will revert to a Gov style plan. Untill then its your responsibilty. you mamage your own account. This will reduce waste.
high deductibles with tax incentives encourage folks to shop for health care, just like people shop for everything else.
