Nukular. Doesn't matter, it can be pronounced both ways.

Bush and Carter both like to pronouce it "nucular". It bugs the snit out of intellectual snotty types. I heard one scientist friend say before the 2000 election he refused to vote for anyone who couldn't pronounce "nuclear".
