what does Bush need to say for this to be a "home run"? There are many issues of import. He will have to show confidence on all of them, especially the War on Terror, but also the impending oil crisis.

Uh, lets see, I have signed an executive order dissolving the IRS and the FIT.
Maybe, I have ordered our forces to shock and awe the Syrians and the Iranians.
Protect the American worker and put tariffs on all products made in China.
