At least one will not attend. During the 2002 SOTU address, only Justice Breyer was there. It is simply a security issue. I think this year more are there because of Alito.
Can I say how sweet it is to listen to this speech and see both Justices Roberts and Alito listening on.
This is the way it should be... a great judicial branch to support the executive branch.
