I had my gall bladder out via the laparoscopic method. Only 4 small punctures. I actually slept on my side & belly last night thanks to Vicodin!
That is how our 2 daughters had theirs out. It did not take them long to recover. That kind of surgery is the best kind. I had rotator cuff surgery last summer and that is how the doctor did it.
