Hi onyx! I recorded President Bush's speech too and am just about ready to watch it again. I was appalled, but not surprised, by the behaviour of the Democrats. I've been around kindergarteners who had more manners and decorum, and even more intelligence than the Dims. Hillary's face spoke volumns and had us all shouting at the t.v.!
I'm so dang sick of the rants from the Dems, I could just....well, get ugly. LOL God save us from those who choose a self-centered, political agenda over the security and best interests of our nation!

Watching it the second time also - taped it - not only do I agree with you, but I will add that the President could get Social Security Reform passed within a month.
All the RNC has to do is run a commercial showing the President pointing out they stopped his reform package and let the tape play on as they dance in the aisles over it.
Adolescents dancing in the aisles while the adult stood at the podium pointing out their bad behavior. Now it is up to us to discipline them!

He pointed out that Congress didn't pass social security reform. The Dimwits stood up and cheered.
Then W. wagged his finger at them and pointed out that the problem is there and gets worse for every year they don't do something about it. Made the Dems look like morons. Especially since he said LAST year that he'd love to hear any suggestions they might have to fix social security, he wasn't married to his plan but it needed to be fixed. And they chose to just whine about his ideas instead of make suggestions of their own.
Well said! When I saw the Dems (adolescents) standing, dancing and shouting like a bunch of kids at a rival's football game, we all said the same thing! What a bunch of kids, and ill-mannered ones at that! Oh yes, I beg the RNC to use that footage in a commercial, it is truly PRICELESS! The Dems don't give a rat's hiney about Social Security. Their heads are buried in the sand so far, they have fleas feasting off their collective brains.
