Really? I'd characterize this as his worst. Doesn't seem to have any real substance to it.
What the heck are you watching? He ROCKS tonight!
This is definitely in his top three speeches.

Lincoln could've accepted peace ... the US could've accepted the division of Europe and been complicit in ...

she looks like the colonel in the Bill Murrary Movie "Stripes". The closing scene had him in a parka on the cover of a newspaper in Nome.

Bush was great but the SAP Channel was amazing. They featured Teddy Kennedy Singing Irish folk tales in Spanish.
Mike Dukakis, was playing acoustic guitar! the dude sounded like Segovia!

Yeah, and I love that. because the President is class, confident, unphased by them and Americans are witnessing the childish of the Democratic Party. Sink Libs, sink even further in an election year.
Lincoln could have accepted peace at the cost of slavery.
MLK peace, instead of equality.
And so we move forward, optimistic about our country, faithful of its cause and confident...hey! he just defied Senator Reid who told him not to speak positively! LOL

His faith m ust be what carries him through because, aside from the Civil War, he's faced more disasters than any president.
