Hello, guys, I am a GW supporter, but: wider use of technology in health care? In terms of keeping track of people? I'm not so sure I'm in favor of that.

Don't you love commissions? I'm reminded of San Diego's airport problem. The first commission to find a new airport was around 1946. Sixty years on and we're still forming commissions.
