Scenario:

1. Factory in any-town pays 15.00 an hour with insurance.

2. Factory in any-town builds factory #2 in another town offering jobs at Minimum wage no insurance.

3. Adds are run that jobs are available at said plant #2 no Americans show. Plant #2 in accordance to law calls in help from Mexico to do those jobs Americans wont do. Factory up and running by their Mexican work force.

4. Plant #1 in any-town closes because it can't compete with plant #2.

Bush and his buddies know exactly what they are doing.
