There is not a check box on the arrest warrants that indicate whether or not the suspect is illegal, and as far as who occupies most of our jail cells in Ca. maybe you should ask Jesse Jackson about that. Even that nut knows better

Arrest warrants include many descriptive entries, race and nationality among them. Are you suggesting they don't?
