I believe his biggest failure is adding on 3 trillion to the national debt. You think your richer because your home has appreciated and now you pay an extra 50% property tax.
Bush has lost his mind! Thanks for the $300 dollar tax break. All tax breaks were erased by inflation.

I agree with you on spending, which is an embrassment under a Republican majority, but inflation has been in the low single digits for years.
