We just appointed a majority of conservative judges to the SCOTUS. As a self described member of the conservative base, I am pretty happy.

Most of are pretty happy as well, but this is a big issue, and should have been dealt with a long time ago. The only way it will get dealt with in a fashion other than amnesty is if we keep up the pressure, so that is what we are doing. We still congratulate the President on his job getting 2 SCOTUS judges through.

Its not a majority of Conservative Justices yet. We still need one more solid conservative to get a Majority. As it stands now its 4-4-1, with Kennedy being the "swing voter."

We'll need one more conservative justice to have a majority.
Scalia, Alito, Roberts, Thomas v. Ginsburg, Souter, Breyer, Stevens
Let's hope that swing-voter Kennedy swings back to his conservative roots.
