Yes, The Dems complain that Alito supports government over hte poeple. Except when they complain that he won't give congress deference in laws. Except when they say he will throw abortion back to the legislature. Except when they think he won't let the legislature enact waterway legislation.
Consistency is not recognized in the Dem party. that is why they have no defence against the modern world of communications. They just live "for the moment" and say whatever "works" for the moment.
That is why they are toast.
