"it's a shame he can't be sworn in today,"
I heard on Fox, that he will be sworn in today but that the more ceromonious swearing in is tomorrow.
But this still doesn't mean he will be on the floor of the House for the speech tonight. Or does it?
He was sworn in at the Supreme Court just minutes ago. No tv coverage allowed, but he is officially on the Court. Of course he will attend the SOTU speech! Tomorrow there will be a strictly ceremonial swearing in at the WH, is what I read. I'm sure it will be covered.
