There are two swearing-in's for a SCOTUS Justice. First is usually with the President and is public, followed by lunch at the WH.
Second is private and is in the Supreme Court with the other Justices.

FNC said a few minutes ago that it would be a private ceremony .. I expect it'll be after the journalists' off-the-record lunch I posted above. Wonder if they'll pass each other in the hall?

Surely the media will be there but they are not saying when....maybe for security purposes. :o) All I have found is that he will be sworn in "hours before the SOTU".
