Looks like it. I was just over there at the thread that Catholic Iowan had posted earlier, tried to refresh, and it's not loading. And I'm on a cable modem connection (Suscom)
It's just saying waiting for democratic underground in the bottom bar where the page is shown loading. I'm on Bellsouth Fast-Access 1.5 Mbps and aren't getting a connection.
