How? All of the Justices in favor of it are still on the Court. That hasn't changed. O'Connor wrote the dissent in that case.

You have to get a case worked through the system to overturn a decision - SCOTUS can't just go back and review old decisions out of thin air.

That having been said, let there be a case that allows the overturn of Kelo v NLDC fast-tracked.

Unfortunately, it'll take another good judge to dump Kelo. Anthony Kennedy was the sellout on that one.

But we can now (hopefully) dump the free speech restrictions of McCain-Feingold, uphold bans on partial birth abortion, uphold parental consent & notification, roll back some racial quotas, and lift the ban on crosses on city seals and things like that. We're also a little less likely to have gay "marriage" forced on us by the courts.
