According to Women's Studies Instructors, and gender feminists (who all happen to be Democrats), America is an "oppressive, Patriarchal society" so our laws have now evolved to reward, excuse, and/or treat more lightly all violence committed by women and girls. The aforementioned is exactly what's taught in over 700 women's studies programs in colleges and universities across America (thousands of classes),

women's studies programs

and the aforementioned is enshrined in the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) that every last Democrat and Republican Senator in Washington voted for.

Time to Defund Feminist Pork - the Hate Men Law, by Phyllis Schlafly

"VAWA Based on Radical Feminist Ideology The groundwork for the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) was laid by Gloria Steinem's nonsense, such as "The patriarchy requires violence or the subliminal threat of violence in order to maintain itself" and Andrea Dworkin's tirades of hate such as, "Under patriarchy, every woman's son is her betrayer and also the inevitable rapist or exploiter of another woman.""

Yes, fellow taxpayers there are now billions of dollars in that pot, or should I say "trough?" All a woman has to do to get help in defending the crimes she commits is, well, be a woman. It's just the way things are today. Whatever sentence this woman gets it will be less (often far less), than what a man would have gotten, had he done the same things.

Free Battered Women

In Nazi Germany, during the Nuremberg trials, many used the defense that they were just being good German soldiers when they followed orders. Today in America good politicians, judges, cops and lawyers acquiesce to gender feminist training, policies and laws so women who commit crimes are given a slap on the wrist, while men's lives are ruined by mere accusations. Gender feminist power has become just that pervasive and insidious.Time to Defund Feminist Pork - the Hate Men Law, by Phyllis Schlafly

"VAWA funds the re-education of judges and law enforcement personnel to teach them feminist stereotypes about male abusers and female victims, how to game the system to empower women, and how to ride roughshod over the constitutional rights of men."

Besides, why hold this woman accountable for killing her children anymore that the 30,000,000 who have aborted their children in the past few decades since gender feminism has gained its devilish grip on America's life and laws?

I hear you. Why charge the teenager who gave birth and dumped her baby into the dumpster when 5 hours earlier an abortion would have been perfectly legal? I'm against abortion, but our laws are giving mixed signals to people. Killing is killing, no matter what stage of life. Abortion blurs that line.
