What's the point? This happened several years ago and all charges were dropped.

There are noise ordinances. Was he violating them or not?

Some times AgapePress over states what happens to make a point. It is unfortunate because there are numerous cases which do not have to be over stated.

Let's see, he attended a PERSIAN (probably Islamic) celebration in a public park, and began playing Christian music?????

I mean how would we like it, if we had a Christian celebration and some guy shows up playing the Islamic call to prayer?

Sounds to me like this guy went there looking for trouble.

Should have been obvious to him, as it is to everyone else, that if he wanted to play loud religious music in a public park in California, or anywhere else in the nation, he should have remained a Muslim. He would then have been able to claim a multi-culti free pass.

Among the legions of pettifoggers, there must needs be a few who could see there way clear to what's right. And they might even make a few bucks at that.

We as Christians need to stop playing the victim card. I know he was wronged, but they wronged our Lord before him. Count it all joy.
Our grace and love will change the culture more than our lawsuits.

But after what the minister describes as his humiliating, public arrest and physical mistreatment while in custody, the County decided not to prosecute and the charges against him were eventually dropped.

Not that I oppose the guy, but he knew he was provoking and the whole drama queen treatment is unbecoming and undermines his point.
