They both deserve respect for going into harm's way. They certainly get mine.Not me. I'll save my tears for the WARRIORS that were protecting them. Not that I wish them ill, but it isn't really their job. It's grandstanding, and when you grandstand, sometimes you get hurt. Never watch a firefight.

If Iraq is as bad as World News Tonight has told us since Day Two of Iraqi Freedom, would it make sense--as a journalist--to venture out there when other journalists have been kidnapped?
Didn't some of our soldiers get killed the other day or something? I guess they had names and identities--but no matter, they're not media personalities. They're only useful in the faceless collective for Bush bashing purposes, you understand.
Hope that Mr. Woodruff and the rest recover.
