As I understand it, VEHICLE armor is better that BODY armor. :o)

In other new, it has been determined that George Washington obviously trained with the U.S. ARMY -- not with the Navy -- as a NAVY man would have known not to STAND UP in a rowboat. :o)

The driver was uninjured, so you are correct, the reason for the injuries was because they were outside when the IED went off.

I am praying for both of them.
